What Is the CleanBC Energy Savings Program?

The CleanBC Energy Savings Program provides rebates covering up to 100% of eligible costs for home energy upgrades, including heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, insulation, and ventilation improvements. Designed for income-qualified households, this program is funded by the Government of British Columbia, BC Hydro, and the Government of Canada, and administered by BetterHomesBC.
